Take your workout to new heights—literally! Join us for a free 45-minute barre3 class on the rooftop at Room & Board, where movement meets fresh air, sunshine, and city views.

This full-body, low-impact workout blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, you’ll be guided through options so you can make the class your own.

After class, stick around to connect, enjoy light bites and drinks, and soak in the rooftop vibes.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and set up. Class will start promptly.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen or a hat/sunglasses
• Light layers (weather can shift!)
• Optional: towel for extra grip or comfort

Shoes:

Class is done barefoot or in grip socks, but bring flip-flops or easy-on shoes for getting to/from your spot.
