Barre3 Redondo Beach Pop Up Class at the Enclave (FREE)

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. The class is safe for all fitness levels--no experience required!

This class is a FREE 45-minute barre3 Signature Class. During class you will be guided through a warm up, leg work, strength conditioning, a cardio burst, core work, stretching, and guided breathwork. Barre3's mission is to help clients feel balanced in body and empowered from within.

Stick around after class to hang out and enjoy food from one of the many options at the Enclave. 123 Pho is offering a 20% discount to all attendees.

Please be sure to SIGN OUR WAIVER prior to taking class.

Clients under the age of 18 years old must have their parent/guardian complete this waiver prior to their first class. Clients between the ages of 14 and15 years of age may only attend class with a parent/guardian.

WHAT TO BRING:

A set of handheld weights is optional (we recommend 3-8 lbs). You may also want to bring a sweat towel. The Enclave will provide mats and water, but feel free to bring your own.

All other props will be provided by barre3.

PARKING AND ARRIVALS

Free parking is available in the parking lot. Class will take place in the art gallery. Look for the orange barre3 sign to guide you. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and set up your mat.
