Owner, Amy Fickell, will guide you through isometric postures, large range of motion postures, low-impact cardio postures, and grounding breathework all while empowering you to make the choices your body needs to reach your fitness goals, not your neighbor's. Amy will challenge you to find your edge and take you beyond, or suggest modifications creating space to define what success looks like for YOU!
