Join us for our third and final barre3 + The Little Gym summer park pop-up!
Barre3 Asheville will lead a 45-minute outdoor class designed to energize and ground you, while The Little Gym of Asheville keeps the kids active with play and games.
New to barre3? Barre3 is a low-impact, full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. No experiece required!
This event is free, family-friendly, and a great way to connect with others in the community.
