Barre3 Arlington 45 Min Signature Class

Join us for a free barre3 signature 45 minute class! No experience required.

Bring a yoga mat, optional light hand held weights (2-6lbs), and a water bottle.

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up and meet new friends

Barre3 is a full body workout that incorporates strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. We encourage everyone to move in a way that feels authentic to them, honoring the daily difference we each experience both physically and mentally.

Class will take place in the Loft.

From Jackson Street, you will see the Barre3 sidewalk sign near a short walkway.

Take the walkway to the concrete stairs.

Enter building, climb stairs and you will hear the music! Parking is available on the street or in front or back parking lots.
