Bring your favorite mini-me for some fun at the barre. This class will have your kid/pre-teens favorite tunes and your favorite exercises. Show them why you love to exercise!

$15 includes Adults and Child
A barre class that welcomes girls 5-12 to join their mom, grandmother, friend, aunt, cousin, whoever! Only 1 person from each duo needs to sign up. So, if you are bringing your niece, you should only sign your name up. If you are bringing 2 younger girls, please sign up and reserve/pay for a spot for an additional person.
For our Swiftie Party we'e invited Spectrum of Beauty, a new salon in Mechanicsburg, to come and do permanent jewelry for anyone interested after class! You'll pay them directly, not required, but a fun idea to get matching bracelets, anklets, or necklaces with your mini me!
What is Barre? Barre is a full-body workout that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training and stretching. We use small, isometric repetitions that work your muscles to fatigue. The movements are low impact and will tone and sculpt your body by building lean muscle. We offer beginner classes for those of you just getting a feel for the practice.
Do you need experience? Nope! This class will be fit for all levels since most girls ages 5-12 haven't take a barre class before.. we are excited to show them a fun way to move their bodies. We won't do anything too difficult because they are just trying it for the first time. So guardian, if you have never taken a barre class either.. this is a good one to try!
Remember -- one guardian (adult) can sign up at regular rates. We assume each adult sign up comes with one girl 5-12 years of age.
