This is your chance to move with us, meet us, and feel what Barre Slinger is all about before our doors officially open.

We’ll start with a 45-minute signature barre-inspired workout designed to build strength through small, controlled movments, followed by deep stretches for a full-body burn. All levels are welcome. Expect intentional movement, energizing music, and a supportive environment.

After class, stay and connect. We’ll hang out socially, answer questions, and share more about our vision for Barre Slinger and what’s coming next.
