Join us on Friday, January 16th for Berkshire County's first ever Barre + Frequency class. This extra special event pairs an energizing barre class with a deeply relaxing sound bath. This 90-minute experience invites you to move with purpose and rest with intention. We’ll begin with a 45-minute barre class designed to energize your body, build strength, and leave you feeling empowered and grounded.From there, you’ll ease into a 45-minute sound bath meditation, allowing calming vibrations and gentle tones to wash over you as you settle into stillness. This restorative practice supports relaxation, nervous system reset, and deep mental clarity.
The result? A balanced experience that nurtures both body and mind—equal parts effort and ease.
Open to all levels. No barre or meditation experience required. Come ready to move, breathe, and fully unwind.
