Who this Class is For:
This class is suited for students at any level of fitness.
What to Expect In Class:
Barre Essentials teaches the fundamentals needed to be successful in all of our barre formats. This workout is ideal if you are new to Barre, if you wish to deepen your practice or need to modify due to recent injury, strain or pregnancy. Students will learn all of our exercises and practice the alignment principles while still receiving an amazing, full body workout.
This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic set up for each exercise. You can expect less variations, more holds and specific cuing so that you truly understand each exercise, why you are doing it and how to refine your own alignment for each position.
With over 10 years of experience and training from one of the pioneers of Barre, Crystal brings a high level of expertise and hands on modifications to all participants.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
