Start out your Saturday at the barre, with a beer! Barre Sculpt is a full body workout that combines Pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training which is sure to have you toning and shaking. We focus on high repetitions, low resistance with small isometric movements to make this workout so effective. This is NOT your average barre class…we will turn up the energy with upbeat, FUN music that will make you feel like you’re at a PARTY! No ballerina experience required. Come for the workout and enjoy a beer with us after class! $20 due to West Hill the morning of class will take care of your glorious 50mins of barre and one pint of beer, hard cider or a non-alcoholic beverage.
