Join us for Barre + Brews, the perfect blend of fitness and fun! This 45-minute Barre fitness class will fire up your muscles with low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your entire body. Whether you're a seasoned Barre enthusiast or a total beginner, this class will leave you feeling energized and empowered!
After class, reward yourself with a well-earned beverage from Pooles Island Brewing —because balance is key! Enjoy a refreshing drink, connect with fellow fitness lovers and new friends, and soak in the good post-workout vibes!
Cost: $25 (plus non-refundable Eventbrite taxes + fees).
Price includes a 45 min. Barre Fitness class led by Jennifer L. of BreakAway Yoga followed by a beverage of your choice (alcoholic + non-alcoholic options available).
