About this Event

Join me for Barre at the Bar on Sunday, May 31st at 11:00 am! 50 minute barre class lead by Kerry Frick followed by a post class pint of your choosing - Beer or Cider - included with your ticket pric! Come for the Barre burn and stay for the vibes!

Please bring your own mat and water. Plan to arrive by 10:50 to get situated and ready for class. Can't wait to see you!

Barre Class

Info: Barre class at Cinder Block Brewery Tasting room. We'll be doing a Pilates based barre class created to lift, tone and burn out your muscles. Designed to engage muscles throughout the body, focusing on core strength, posture, balance, and muscular endurance. Barre is a low-impact, high intensity workout, making it accessible to people of all fitness levels. Oh, and we'll have a fire playlist! :)
