During this uplifting pop-up session, you'll enjoy a beginner-friendly barre class designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the noise of everyday life, and create space to breathe. Together, we'll explore biblical truth, share encouragement, and focus on what it looks like to become rooted, rested, and to have rhythms aligned with God's design for our lives.
We will gather around the table, "break bread," and have a beautiful time of prayer, discussion, sharing, and encouraging one another.
Whether you come alone or bring a friend, you'll be welcomed into a supportive sisterhood of women who are choosing Jesus, living intentionally, and honoring God with our minds, bodies, and spirits.
