Led by Coach Jess, this all-levels workout blends balance, strength, and stretching to challenge you in a gentle yet effective way.
Registration opens at 10:30 AM, and the 1-hour class starts at 10:50 AM—followed by a refreshing glass of beer or seltzer to toast your efforts!
