This one’s for the baby and toddler Mum’s! My name's Mel - I'm a pelvic floor physio and Mum to nearly 2-year-old George.
I know only too well that motherhood can feel isolating at times, and it can be hard to meet other Mums who get it. It can also feel really hard sometimes to make time for ourselves to do something that will benefit our physical and mental health! The aim of the Pram Walk is to get outside, do something good for our bodies and minds and connect with other Mums. All are welcome - bring your little one/s along and bring a friend if you'd like! The more the merrier.
We'll start from the parking area on 'The Crescent' at 9:30am sharp, walk for 1.5km before turning around to head back to the start point. I'll put a map on the event page.
No need to register or click attending - this is a free event and will be running no matter how many Mums and their bubs come along. Spread the word and keep your fingers crossed for no rain!
