We're launching our autumn term with a beautiful programme of a cappella Baroque works.

The programme includes:
Heinrich Schütz: O lieber Herre Gott
Bach: the double choir motet Komm, Jesu, Komm BWV229
Johan Kuhnau (Bach's predecessor in Leipzig): Tristis est anima mea
Gottfried Homilius: Unser Vater in dem Himmel (the Lord's Prayer)
Mendelssohn (the only non-Baroque work on the programme): Richte mich, Gott (Psalm 43)
Bach: motet - Lobet den Herrn, alle Heiden BWV 230
The concert will be conducted by our wonderful music director Blánaid Murphy.
