Barnsley Bright Nights - Family Lantern Workshops

Join us to make a lantern to carry in the Barnsley Bright Nights Illuminated Parade 2024 on Saturday 23 November, 6:30pm.

Artists from Handmade Productions will guide you to make your very own play-themed lantern using sticks and paper.

The activity takes around 2 hours so please arrive on time to be able to complete your lantern.

Workshops take place in The Glass Works mall (opposite the Next store).

Booking is essential as places are limited.

Please book ONE ticket PER FAMILY GROUP (booking is for up to 4 people)

Children MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all time. You may get a little messy so please dress appropriately!

When you've created your lantern it will be stored safely and ready for you to collect before the parade on Sat 23 November, 6:30pm. More information about where and when you can collect your lantern will be given at the end of the workshop. Please make surethat you can attend the parade and display your lantern for all to see!
