Come enjoy a beautiful night of FREE music on the lawn at Steam Pump Ranch. Food trucks will be on site. Be sure to bring your own chair or blanket.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Feel free to bring in your own food but no outside alcohol.
Barnaby and the Butcher write and perform across the broadly defined genres of Alt Country and Americana. Theirs is a style that evokes the mystery and nostalgia of Arizona's desert country while offering something entirely new. Their catalogue of originals is ever-expanding, and their uniquely-chosen covers include artists as wide ranging as Chris Stapleton, The Tragically Hip, Bonnie Raitt, John Hiatt, and Indigo Girls.
They have released 3 studio albums, including one recorded in Mississippi at Jim Dickinson's Zebra Ranch under the loving eye of Jimbo Mathus of The Squirrel Nut Zippers; and have opened for major touring acts including Los Lobos on New Years Eve at Fox Tucson Theatre. This coming March 31 they will provide support for Grammy nominated and multi-award winning Americana band, The War and Treaty, also at Fox Tucson Theatre.
This is Alt Country and Americana drifting irrevocably toward some serious rock.
