Barn Dance & Dinner

Step back in time and experience Virginia’s legendary hospitality at the Barn Dance & Dinner at Shiloh Manor Farm in Purcellville, VA! On Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 6:30 PM, guests will enjoy a sumptuous four-course dinner inspired by the 1879 classic Housekeeping in Old Virginia, featuring baked oysters, apple brandy glazed quail, Virginia ham, roast beef, and Mackintosh apple pie with homemade ice cream (vegetarian option available). Each course is paired with select wines to complete the feast.

After dinner, the barn comes alive with the sounds of historic instruments — hammered dulcimer, cello, and harp guitar — played by professional musicians from the English Country Dance Society. Guests will then join in lively Virginia Reels and English country dances. No experience is needed — lessons are provided, and experienced couples will help guide you through the steps!
