The ancient Derbyshire custom of Well Dressing is brought to life in Barlow with three Wells being dressed.Each Dressing depicts a different scene, teams of skilled 'dressers' with varying techniques produce fantastic pictures made up of flowers, seeds, grasses (anything that grows really!)
Well Dressings have to be seen to be believed and there is really no better place than Barlow, so come along and see for yourself!
Collections at each Well Dressing are donated to local charities and good causes.
Head to the village on Wednesday 14 August to see the traditional Blessing of the Wells service and procession.
