This will be the eleventh annual Barktoberfest event hosted by Orange County Animal Services! This event highlights our many wonderful rescue partners and shines a light on their work, their need for support and their available pets.
The event will feature dozens of local pet rescue groups with a variety of pets available for adoption, including different breeds, sizes and ages.
Participating rescue groups include:

16. Scottish Terrier Rescue of Florida
17. Southern Cross Service Dogs
The event will also include pet-related vendors, food trucks and the Orange County Animal Services mobile clinic.*

*The OCAS Mobile Clinic will be onsite offering free rabies vaccinations and microchipping to the pets of Orange County residents. There is a limit of two pets per household for these services. All dogs must be leashed and all cats confined in a carrier. Due to health and safety concerns, OCAS will not be able to assist pets that have had previous vaccine reactions, are experiencing current medical conditions or are reactive (display aggression) toward other pets or people. OCAS may elect to muzzle certain dogs, out of an abundance of caution. Pets unable to be safely handled will be refused service.
