On December 6, 2025, swing by the Barksdale’s State Fair Cookie Building on the Iowa State Fairgrounds to stock up on pre-portioned, ready-to-bake dough chocolate chip cookie dough. It’s perfect for gifts, gatherings, or simply keeping that Fair flavor alive all winter long.
Each bag includes 36 pre-portioned frozen cookies for $12. The frozen cookies are the same size as the cookies sold in buckets and cups during the Fair.
