What: Raffle Fundraiser & Karaoke Event to Benefit the Biddeford Dog Park.
When: December 22, 2024 from 12PM-4PM. Raffle ticket sales will begin December 13, 2024.
Where: Banded Brewing Company - 32 West Main St, Bldg 13-W, Biddeford, ME 04005 Ste 102, Biddeford, ME 04005
Dogs Allowed: Unfortunately, not this time due to Brewery restrictions.
Event Description: This will be a Raffle & Karaoke Event where those that attend will buy tickets for the chance to win items, gift cards, and/or services from local businesses in the community. There will be something for everyone - dog items; gift cards to hair salons; disc golf items; scentsy gift baskets; indoor pool memberships; and so much more. Tickets will be available to purchase from December 13, 2024 until Event’s end, with Raffle items on display at Banded Brewing. **** There will be a donation basket for those that would like to donate-the Biddeford Dog Park is a non-profit. In addition to the Raffle Fundraiser, you can expect to find; food, music, local beer, and karaoke.
Cost: Free to attend the Event! Free to Karaoke.
Benefit: Banded Brewing and the Biddeford Dog Park Community Volunteers have come together to raise funds to improve the community dog park. The 15-year anniversary for the Dog Park is fast approaching and the age of the Park is really starting to show. Of concern: fencing that has lifted or fallen; the need for a double gate to be installed at the “back” entrance; and, more shade in the summer. In winter/spring, the Dog Park is not always usable due to mud - we are hoping the second entryway will help reduce the traffic and therefore the amount of mud. Biddeford has expanded significantly, and with that growth has come an influx of new owners/dogs using the Dog Park. This Event and the money raised will go towards making a safer more enjoyable space for dogs and their owners.
