Event Refund Policy

Event reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. Within 7 days of the event, all reservations are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the reservation.

Event Changes & Modifications

Event details, including but not limited to programming, timing, instructors, wellness activities, refreshments, and event layout, are subject to change without prior notice.

Event Cancellation or Material Changes

In the event that the organizer cancels the event or makes a material change that significantly impacts the overall experience, guests will be eligible for a full refund of their reservation.

Photography & Video Release

By attending the event, guests acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may take place. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Guests grant the event organizers and affiliated entities the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute such media in any format for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.
