Chef Javier Alanis Soto of Barcocina will be preparing a 5 course dinner to be paired with 5 select Ilegal Mezcal iterations. You will be sampling as well as drinking cocktails made from the 5 following:

• Ilegal Caribbean Rum Cask
• Charred Pineapple infused Casa Noble Blanco
