The Burren Public House in Woodlawn is a true public house in the classic sense of the word. More than just an ale house, it’s a place for gatherings, artistic expression, and generally serves as the community’s living room. That said, you can’t have a public house without beer. And you can’t have beer without plants. Plants aren’t just the foundation of brewing – they’re essential to all life on Earth. For over 130 years, the New York Botanical Garden has been at the forefront of botanical research and horticulture.
