Barcelona is a city full of life, stories, and striking visuals, perfect for street photography. Olivier who has been a finalist and winner in several prestigious photography competitions (The Indepedent Photographer, Life Framer, Paris International Street Photography Award, Lensculture) is ready to guide you through its most photogenic corners, sharing his passion of street photography.

These group sessions will be a great introduction to the basics of street photography and will also offer further insights into the more challenging aspects of the genre, making it suitable for newcomers and experienced photographers alike.

During this workshop the following areas will be covered :

• What to look out for, anticipation and how to work a scene

• Composition, framing and subframing techniques

• How to isolate your subject

• Advice on camera settings for different shooting conditions

• Layering interest in your work

• Utilising the environment to your benefit

• Introducing textures, abstractions with reflections

• Editing your images

By keeping small group, Olivier ensures every participant gets individual attention, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, receive feedback, and refine their skills on the go.

• Meeting Point: metro Glories. From there, you’ll follow a thoughtfully planned route through iconic streets and hidden gems.

• Duration: The workshop runs until approximately 5 PM.

• Your camera (with spare batteries)
• Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
• A bottle of water
• Phone, Ipad, or computer for the editing part
