Place your order at https://kofcbbq.comKnights of Columbus Council 7186 is proud to host a Barbeque Dinner Fundraiser at St. Mary Magdalene in Apex, NC. All proceeds go to supporting individuals in our community with intellectual disabilities.
Our pulled pork will be smoked in house – low and slow to reach tender perfection and bring out that wonderful smoky flavor synonymous with NC BBQ! We’ll have BBQ plates available with tangy coleslaw and warm, buttery cornbread, as well as BBQ sandwich meals with tangy coleslaw and tater tots. Have someone with you who’s not a fan of BBQ pork? Don’t worry, we’ll also fire up our grill and have hamburger meals available that are loved by adults and children alike! All meals include your choice of lemonade, tea, or water, as well as a dessert.
NEW ADDITION FOR PRE ORDER ONLY: In addition to the BBQ and hamburger meals to dine in or take home, we are also offering for purchase, BBQ in 1lb containers. The 1lb containers of pulled pork MUST be preordered through our website.
You want more? We have more!
For this special event, we are partnering with Southern Peak Brewery, offering you draft beer with your meal or a can to go, for those picking up dinner on the run. Red and white wine will also be available.
