We'll be doing the workout "Grace" which is short and sweet as well as scalable to meet anyones needs! It is:
30 Clean & Jerks for Time
We're going to scale and modify this to have a sandbag version, dumbbell version and barbell version. Look for video demonstrations on the event page!
Our goal is to raise as much money as possible and we're asking anyone who shows up to donate at least $20 to the fundraiser. Anyone who donates $20 will receive a few CFH stickers, a CrossFit Hanover wristband, and a raffle ticket! We're going to have several prizes to raffle off (donated by local business sponsors!) Extra raffle tickets can be purchased for $10 each!
Stay tuned for more details. This event is open to anyone who wants to participate so bring a friend or two! It's less about the WOD and more about raising awareness and money for early prevention!
