Join us for Happy Hour!! Come get a quick sweat on, perfect for BEGINNERS!! Get your body moving and your heart rate pumping and learn a couple moves at the boxing bag! We have gloves available to borrow, but of course please bring some if you have your own!! Boxing lessons will be brief and the workout will include some strength + circuit training! A quick 25 minute burner to heat you up.... then walk down to Charlie's Place and cool down with a cold beverage! Staying for appetizers and dinner is highly encouraged! We LOVE their fish sandwich! $10 for tickets and the entire cost will be donated to BAHS: Belleville Area Humane Society.
