Kevin Lai, Head Mixologist of The St. Regis Bar Macao (No. 45 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026), and Paulo Laihee Naranjo, Director of Bar & Beverage of The St. Regis Jakarta (No. 22 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), will showcase each bar’s individual identity, local culture and approach to modern cocktail craftsmanship.
