The event is taking place rain or shine, in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.

• Yoga mat and/or towel for the yoga & workout activities
• Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc)
• Good vibes and your best energy!

• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
• Food and/or drink of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
• Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Bags not compliant with the NFL Bag Policy: https://www.hardrockstadium.com/stadium-policy/
• Umbrellas, poles or brooms
• Pets (only service animals are allowed)
• Any electronic device that isn't a camera, cell phone or iPod/MP3
• Drones
• Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
• Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
• Strollers
• Cameras with lenses exceeding 8"

*Programming, instructors, schedule, activities and others are subject to change without prior notice. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by an adult. All attendees must be pre-registered and sign waivers prior to event day. Admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Remainder of the schedule to be released closer to the event date.
