11:05 a.m.: Yoga with D’Nicks

11:55 a.m.: Tai Chi Breakout Session

12:20 p.m.: Pilates with Pure Motion Pilates

1:05 p.m.: Zumba with Cat Medina

The event is taking place rain or shine, under a covered outdoor pavilion.

• A mat or towel for yoga and additional workout activities
• Athletic gear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc.)
