Join us at Seventh Son Brewing Co. for another Bao Down Festival. This year's event will be featuring 5 of your favorite local chefs as they take on the challenge of incorporating warm spices from around the globe. Garlic, ginger, coriander, clove, star anise, paprika, dried peppers... and many more! Get ready to indulge in delicious spiced meats, desserts, and steamed gua bao buns that will leave you craving for more. Remember, while spiced doesn't mean spicy - Hapa's housemade chili crisp oil add-on is the perfect way to amp up the heat on any bao!
This in-person event promises a unique culinary experience that you won't want to miss.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

There will be two event sessions to choose from. Tickets have sold out both years, so we recommend getting tickets for everyone in your party as soon as possible.

• Every attendee must have their own general admission (GA) ticket, in order to track total attendance to comply with fire code rules. Tickets are separate from VIP bao pre-order boxes.
• Walk-in admission is not guaranteed. Once advance GA tickets sell out, there will be no more entries available for that session. There will be a waitlist in the event of cancellations.
• Each session has access to the same menu and total bao inventory. If the session that you want is sold out, you can either choose the alternate session or get a Pick-Up Only ticket for a to-go box.
• VIP pre-order boxes are guaranteed. Tickets with a VIP pre-order box will be able to access the fast check-in line. Walk-in purchases and additional tokens will be available first come, first serve.
• No refunds are accepted for this event, but you may transfer your tickets and/or orders to someone else in your order settings.

Each chef's specially curated offerings will be served in an identical open-faced steamed bao bun, known as a "gua bao". Pre-order VIP bao boxes when you purchase your admission tickets for special pricing and guaranteed access to all items below.

Thai toasted coriander- and lemongrass-spiced pork belly, Tom Kha mayo, lime-marinated red onion and young coconut salsa, roasted peanuts, and cilantro oil.

🇺🇸 Goood Friends - Chef Andrew
Spicy-pickle-brined fried chicken, Le Délice de Bourgogne (French cream cheese), house pickles, Goood Friend's garlic chili crunch, truffle white bbq, and hot honey.

🇻🇪 Mordisco Food Truck - Chef Yohalex
Venezuelan Asado Negro (dark roast beef), salsa criolla (red onion relish), huancaína (Peruvian cheese sauce), fresh cilantro, and dehydrated chicharrones (pork rinds).

🇵🇷 The Naughty Lobstah - Chef Tyler
Puerto Rican-inspired spiced pernil (roasted pork), passionfruit pickled onions, hibiscus BBQ sauce, and tostone (fried plantain) crisps.

🌺 Hapa Kitchen / Aloha Aina - Chef Sara
Chinese 5 spice mini cake, cardamom ginger buttercream, citrus glacé, and a dried lime rind and rose petal garnish.
