What will you learn at this event?
In this free session we will be helping you to navigate the tricky area of banter in the workplace. We will be looking at the basic law involved what the actual ‘banter defence’ is and how effective it is as well as how this can be linked to harassment. We will also be discussing with you some practical examples of how this all looks and will then wrap the session up by giving you our top tips on how to deal with all of this.

There will also be a case study and an opportunity to ask questions of the experts from Precept.

Finally there will be an opportunity to network with other HR professionals and those with HR responsibilities.
