Banquet Reunions at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

Celebrate the Lunar New Year at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree with a banquet experience designed for larger family gatherings and corporate celebrations. Available from 2 February to 3 March 2026, the resort invites you to commemorate generous celebrations in a serene nature-inspired setting. 

Each celebration begins with a Prosperity Smoked Salmon Lo Hei, followed by an Eight-Course Lunar New Year Set Menu available for lunch and dinner. Lunch highlights include Imperial Red Grouper with Nonya Chilli Sauce and Roasted Crispy Duck with Hoisin and Garlic. Dinner menus feature dishes such as Four Treasure Soup with abalone, fish maw, scallops and crabmeat served in a young coconut, and Suckling Pig with Homemade Hoisin Sauce.

Price: $1288++* for an eight-course lunch set menu for 10 pax, and $1388++* for an eight-course dinner set menu per table for 10 pax.
