Parking for Banner Brigade: Parking is on Sylben Cove, which is the street just to the west of the overpass in Shady Grove Village. Please park no more than 12" from the edge of the street, park away from the fire hydrants, and park at least 3' from driveways to ensure no complaints!NOTE: A cooler will be provided for everyone's water bottle... strictly a safety concern to avoid accusations of throwing rocks over the overpass.
