Exercise your right to read for Banned Books Week, October 4-10! We are partnering with Libro.fm and Silent Book Club to host this Banned Book Read-in.
BYO banned book or ask our booksellers for a recommended purchase! We will also be taking (monetary or book) donations for the LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce's Read Between the Bans: Banned Book Giveaway. Feel free to purchase a banned books, read it, donate it, then receive your free audiobook!
Postcard supplies will also be provided for attendees to write to representatives.
Anybody who participates will receive a free audiobook courtesy of Libro.fm at the end of the event. A free Libro.fm account is required to redeem. Attendees will be able to choose between a free copy of or .
This event is all ages and free to attend. The venue is wheelchair accessible and masks are required and provided. Please reach out with any accessibility requests!
