Reconnect with your body, improve mobility, and feel supported in this gentle women-only chair yoga class led by our wonderful and experienced instructor, Thi.
Chair yoga is a safe, accessible form of movement that supports strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing - all from the comfort of a chair. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking for a more supported way to move, Thi creates a welcoming environment where every woman can participate with confidence.
In this weekly class, you will:

✨ Reduce tension and feel more relaxed
