Through this supportive and interactive women-only group, learn how to develop and strengthen your relationships with others alongside our knowledgeable social worker, Jasmine!
In this 1.5-hour weekly class, you will learn:
✨ The importance of healthy relationships
✨ What healthy relationships look like and its benefits to your health and wellbeing
✨ How to recognise power imbalances and unequal relationships, and what your legal rights are
✨ Skills to support yourself in setting boundaries
✨ Emotional safety, mindfulness, and self-care
