Coach Dennis has planned one of his always amazing Bank Holiday MileShy MashUp runs for the Bank Holiday Monday on the 31st August.
We’ll be meeting at 6.30pm at Sale West Youth and Community Centre which is the base for MileShyClub Sale West. The route will be just over 5K taking in the beautiful green spaces we have locally.
This is a FREE social run. All runners from all clubs are welcome, whatever your pace - no one gets left behind still applies. Come and try running in a different environment and meet some other MileShyers 💛🐝
