Join Sima of BiddoBanh, Steph of Pizza by Alex, and students from the Biddeford Regional Center of Technology (BRCOT) Culinary Arts program for an evening of great food, honest conversation, and community.
Together, Sima and Steph are creating a one-night-only Banh Mi Pizza, blending the bold flavors of Vietnamese banh mi with a local pizza favorite. Both are Biddeford High School graduates: Sima launched BiddoBanh in downtown Biddeford, and Steph took over Pizza by Alex. Now they’re teaming up to connect students, alumni, and neighbors through food and story.

—An intimate conversation with Sima and Steph about their journeys and their roots in Biddeford.
All proceeds directly supports the BRCOT Culinary Arts program, helping students build the skills, real-world experience, and connections they need to launch careers in the culinary field.
