🗓 EVENT SCHEDULE
Day 1 – Track Visit, Training & Bike Check
06 February 2026
• Track Visit & Training: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Bike Check: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Training session will be held one day before the competition
• No training is allowed during the race
• On training day, riders are responsible for their own accommodation, meals, and transportation
Day 2 – Race Day
07 February 2026
• Sign In on the track: 7:45 AM
• Breakfast: 8:00 AM
• Race Briefing: 5 minutes
• Riders Move to Start Point: 8:30 AM
• Race Start: 8:45 AM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Closing Ceremony & Prize Giving: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

• Registration Fee: 550 BDT

• Narrow and wide tracks

👥 RIDER CATEGORIES
• Male
• Female
Female Category Rule
• If 7 or more female riders participate – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be awarded
• If 3 female riders participate – only 1st prize will be awarded
• If fewer than 3 female riders participate – no separate female category; the registration fee will be refunded.

🎂 AGE REQUIREMENT
• Minimum age: 14 years
• Riders under 18 must provide:
– Guardian’s signature
– Guardian’s phone number
– Guardian’s written approval

🚲 BIKE ELIGIBILITY & CHECK
• Wheel size allowed: 26”, 27.5”, and 29”
• Only MTB bikes are allowed
• Hardtail or dual suspension frame
• Minimum fork travel: 120 mm
• Minimum tire width: 2.2 inch
• Grippy tires are mandatory
• Riders who pass bike check will be officially approved for the race

• Full-sleeve jersey
• Full-face helmet
• Tear-resistant pants
• Shoes
• Gloves
• Riders without mandatory gear will not be allowed to start
Strongly Recommended Gear
• Knee and shin protection (mandatory if wearing short pants)
• Full-finger gloves
• Back, elbow, knee, and shoulder protectors (rigid materials)

• All riders must follow the instructions of marshals and race officials
• Unsportsmanlike behavior or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification

• Rider numbers must be displayed on the bike as instructed
• The race authority reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances
