Hello everyone! We’re so excited to announce the launch of our very first Bangkok Handstand Festival on 30 November 2024 at Mind+Move Space.
Get ready for an action-packed day in Bangkok, where you’ll learn handstands, join in on fun activities, and connect with like-minded members of the community!
The date is locked in, the venue is set, and our team can’t wait to share this experience with you! Tickets will be released in 3 phases, with Early Bird registration kicking off on 9 September 2024.

The Bangkok Handstand Festival is a one-day event featuring a variety of classes and community activities, including handstands/handbalancing, acrobatics workshops, ice baths, and aerial acrobatics. The classes are suitable for all levels, meaning everyone can join!
🤸 HIGHLIGHTS
- Suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced
- Family-friendly festival (includes kid-friendly classes and activities)
- 5 rounds of workshops, with 2-3 workshops per round
- All activities include ice baths, aerial acrobatics, and slacklining
- Morning warm-ups & afternoon jam sessions
- Tickets include a lunch box, fruits, and water
