Bangkok Banjo Fest 2026 🪕 Limited tickets remaining! A whole night built around the banjo — from bluegrass to ragtime, Irish tradition, jazz, classical, and the strange places this instrument keeps finding itself.
For our first edition, Takumi Kodera flies in from Tokyo as the headline act. He started banjo at 11, finalist at the National Bluegrass Banjo Championship in Winfield, Kansas, and has become one of the most creative banjo players working today.
He’ll perform as a duo with double bassist Akihide Teshima from Thompson the Fox — banjo and bass, stripped back and up close.
Opening sets by Bangkok’s own banjo-picking bands.
