Join me for a long weekend away from day-to-day life and immerse yourself in all aspects of Yoga. Arriving on Thursday evening, you'll have 3 full days to step back from your normal daily routine and explore the practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation. The tools of Yoga will help you to understand the nature of your "self", and to let go of some of the baggage of past experiences. You'll be empowered to live every day with a deeper sense of joy and fulfillment.Fantastic vegetarian food will be prepared with love by Kiran from Freaks of Nature catering; those of you who’ve tried Kiran's food will know how special it is!
Please note this is not a yoga holiday; there's plenty of time to relax, however there'll be 4 scheduled sessions (pranayama/asana/philosophy) each day, and attendance at all of them is a requirement of the retreat. It's also a phone/social media-free retreat; a great opportunity for a digital detox!
After the retreat you'll feel nurtured, nourished, challenged, and uplifted; and all with a clearer understanding of, and connection to, your deepest Self.
