Explore enjoyable techniques to stimulate your senses, celebrate your body, learn exercises that enhance strength and flexibility, and learn choreography that will evoke your creative and sensuous spirit. This masterclass is three hours long with breaks in between exercises and meditation prompts. No movement experience is required. All levels are welcome. There will be an opportunity for book signing and Q+A the last 30 minutes of each session.
