About this Event
Whether you’ve always dreamed of learning ballroom dance or want to polish your style and add new moves to your repertoire, our Adult Ballroom Series is the perfect place to grow. Each multi-week session focuses on a specific ballroom style—helping you build confidence, develop technique, and enjoy the journey.
We welcome dancers of all levels in a vibrant but relaxed environment. If you’ve never danced before (or think you have two left feet), we’ll help you feel comfortable, capable, and ready to enjoy yourself on the dance floor. No partner is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move.
This 3-week series will focus on Argentine Tango. This a sensual dance developed in the clubs of Buenos Aires and differs from its American counterpart. It can be danced to many musical timings and consists of many sweeping and grand poses. It requires dancers to be in tune with one another and with the music, to create a beautiful flowing dance.
Classes meet once a week April 21, 28 & May 5 and one registration covers the full session. Comfortable shoes recommended.
