As Ballet Mississippi’s premier annual benefit, Ballet & Blues celebrates 61 years of Ballet Mississippi enhancing our state’s cultural life by presenting quality performances, training young dancers, and promoting dance through education, outreach, and audience development. Sponsorship provides critical funds that directly support Ballet Mississippi’s performances and dancers.
Ballet & Blues 2025 will bring back Chef Nick Wallace as the featured celebrity chef. Chef Wallace was featured on Season 19 of TOP CHEF, voted Best Chef in Jackson for the last four years, and was named the Best Chef of Mississippi in 2020. Guests can expect signature farm-to-table elevated southern cuisine by Chef Nick Wallace, specialty cocktails, a live band celebrating the rich blues heritage of Mississippi, and a silent auction.
