Dancing the Music : Musicality, Choice, and Expression in Balboa
Balboa isn’t just about patterns, it’s about how we bring the music to life. In this workshop, we’ll explore practical tools for making more intentional choices on the dance floor, from responding to phrasing and rhythm to creating dynamic conversations with a partner. Through movement exercises, variations, and guided exploration, we’ll develop ways to hear more in the music and express more through our dancing.
Suitable for intermediate and advanced dancers comfortable with Balboa fundamentals.
